Taylor Swift Announces ‘Speak Now’ as Next Re-Recorded Album at Nashville Concert

Taylor Swift has announced the re-recording of her third studio album, Speak Now, as part of her six-album endeavor. The announcement was made during her concert in Nashville, Tennessee, on Friday night (May 5). This comes after the release of her re-recorded albums, Fearless and Red, earlier this year.

Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) will be the third re-recorded studio album in Swift’s six-album endeavor. Swift announced plans to re-record her first six studio albums in 2019 after being unable to purchase the master recordings of her back catalog. Instead of releasing a re-recorded album last year, Swift issued her 10th studio album, Midnights, which scored the biggest debut week of her career and of any album in 2022.
